Inside the guide
Give every important page a route in
Use ordinary crawlable links from relevant hubs and related pages. Check orphan URLs, unnecessary depth and links to redirects or errors. A sitemap supports discovery but does not replace a useful navigation structure.
Make the relationship visible
Use anchors and surrounding sentences that explain the destination. Distinguish a definition link, an evidence link and the next step in a reader’s task. This public edition excludes the uncleared archive-study example.
Work through the guide
Use the downloadable guide for its complete examples, audit checks and reference list. Record the page or entity reviewed, the evidence available, unresolved questions, an action owner and a review date. Keep assumptions separate from observed findings.
