Inside the research
Following a regulated-market search journey
An illustrative New Jersey poker player anchors nine questions across awareness, consideration and decision stages. The audit separates operator mentions and source citations from the safety information included in each answer.
Commercial information and safeguards
The captured answers drew most frequently on poker media and affiliate sources. Only one of eight answers that did not explicitly ask about safer gambling mentioned responsible-gambling tools; none of the nine included a support helpline.
What this audit can establish
The study evaluates the presence and framing of information in a limited set of AI answers. It raises questions for repeat testing about regulator references, age and location restrictions, and the visibility of safer-gambling information.
